I worked with Kelly who came out to my home and was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of choosing the perfect fabric and hardware for each room. She listened to my needs and preferences and provided me with lots of great options.
The installation process was smooth and professional. The team arrived on time and completed the installation efficiently and with great attention to detail. They even cleaned up after themselves!
I am extremely happy with my new window treatments and I have received many compliments from friends and family. "We requested two sets of drapes for our master bedroom, i.e. summer and winter colors, as well as matching valences for the “winter” drapes.
Karen came to our house (on time!) to scope the work and help pick the right colors. She has an outstanding talent for knowing what you want – even if you don’t quite visualize the whole thing yet. She oriented me rapidly towards the right shade of blue (for winter) and red (for summer) – that would match my existing bedding. She also helped me select an absolutely lovely fabric for the valences!
Karen’s estimate was timely and professional (no bad surprises later!). She is also cost-conscious; she will strive to work with existing material (rod, rings, matching summer drapes to valences I already had) – so we didn’t have to replace everything. She will also look hard to select cost-effective items that look great (tassels can be expensive!).
Karen managed my expectations right from the start in regards to installation timeframe. The installation was on time and flawless; all the hooks were attached, and everything looked just beautiful! Again, no bad surprises there either.
I wholeheartedly recommend Custom Drapes!"
